When will my order ship?
Your order will ship approximately 2-4 business days after you place your order.
How do you mail my order?
We ship via USPS - First Class & Priority Mail for $6.95 flat rate shipping. All orders over $100 receive free shipping.
How do I make a return?
All returns are for store credit only and must be received back in the Wildflower Truck within 14 days of purchase. *please include a copy of your receipt indicating which items you are returning.* We do not offer size exchanges because our items sell out often.
All sale items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached.
Please send an email to wildflowerfashiontruck@gmail.com to get your return started. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions.
What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
Wildflower must be notified of a damaged item within 7 days of receipt. Either email us at wildflowerfashiontruck@gmail.com or call us at 925-200-8872. After this window, we are not liable for faulty merchandise.
